We are proud to have been awarded management system certification across all four of our processing and manufacturing sites, having gained our ISO9001, ISO14001 and OSHAS 18001 assurance marks following audits undertaken by BSI.

We began working towards certification in March 2015. Help was on hand from Barnsley Enterprise who supported us by providing both the funding and an external coaching consultancy to assist us in achieving this.

ISO9001 is a Quality Management System that enables us to provide a consistent quality product and service to our customers through standardising and documenting our processes. Environmental Management System ISO14001 demonstrates a robust, integrated approach to environmental management and sustainability. OHSAS18001, a widely recognised Occupational Health and Safety Management system, demonstrates a commitment to health and safety and the management of risks.

The management systems will undergo rigorous checks to ensure standards are being met from a team of external auditors as part of the process to retain certification. We also have our own team of trained internal auditors to check systems and maintain best practices.
